This Navratri Special Free Delivery is a limited period promotional offer.

The offer is valid only during the Navratri festival period as announced by the company.

2. Delivery Commitment

Eligible orders will be delivered free of charge within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation.

This facility is strictly available within the jurisdiction limits of PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation) and PMC (Pune Municipal Corporation) only.

3. Outside Service Area

For locations outside PCMC and PMC, delivery timelines will vary depending on the destination, courier partner availability, and logistics support.

Standard delivery charges may apply for such areas.

4. Order Cut-Off Timings

Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST will be considered for next-day (within 24 hours) delivery.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on logistics feasibility.

5. Exceptions to 24-Hour Delivery

The following situations may lead to a delay in delivery:

Incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address details provided by the customer.

Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery attempt.

Force majeure circumstances such as heavy traffic, strikes, natural calamities, or other unforeseen events.

6. General Conditions

This is a promotional facility and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

Customers will be notified of unavoidable delays via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

The company’s decision regarding eligibility and delivery timelines will be final and binding.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune courts.
